The Community of Practice as combine with the Learning Exchange Visit on June 14, 2023, in Battambang province. Komar Rikreay Organization (KMR), Holt and CCT, hosted this learning event. The 35 participants from 14 FCF network members and partners, were divided into small groups to visit the project’s beneficiaries. The purpose of the visit was to gain more understanding on how kinship and foster care is implemented within the target province.
The participants have increased their understanding of the foster parent selection process, best practices, similarities, and differences of the kinship and foster care models implemented by the three organizations. At the end of the visit, all participants gathered for a reflection session to share their comments and recommendations on the program’s implementation.
