To ensure that the most vulnerable households are able to meet their essential needs and recover their livelihoods in the long-term, Family Care First (FCF) led by Save the Children in Cambodia in collaboration with partners, and financially supported by USAID, provided an emergency cash assistance that was then transitioned to a livelihood early recovery support.
